Beltline Bar at 16 28th Street Southeast, Grand Rapids, Michigan.

I love their burritos and it had been a while since i was there. I ended up stopping by for lunch with my brother and 3 kids. The service was horrible. The waiter could have cared less that we were there. No 'how are you', 'how is your food', no smiles. She actually sighed in disgust when we were ordering our food like she had somewhere else to be.
It took a long time to get our food too. She forgot to place the order is what she told us when we flagged her down. Then when we did get our order, the bread for my kids' hot dogs were hard and stale. My niece was supposed to have fries with her hot dog. Her plate came with 3 fries!! We flagged the waiter down when she walked by and asked her about it. Her response: 'Yeah, i dropped them on the floor'. And then stood there staring at us. I then asked her if we could get more and she turned and walked a way. No confirmation. She returned with more fries, set them on the table and walked away. No apology. When we got the checks they were mixed up even after we told her which ones went together. She corrected it but again, no apology. She acted like it was our fault.
With so many awesome places to eat in GR, service is key. i am going to be hard pressed to return.
