Very satisfied with the quality of service I received. The eye exam was thorough and the Optometrist professional and personable. There is a good selection of frames to choose from but no pressure to purchase from them. I received a courtesy call when my frames arrived and was quickly fitted when I picked them up. I do need a slight adjustment for a perfect fit but have been invited to come back at my convenience to have them adjusted.

I loved my eye exam! The eye doctor was super knowledgeable and helped me understand the health level of my eyes when I went in. I was able to ask any questions I needed, as I have been a lifelong glasses wearer. When I had my eye exam, which I paid full price for, I asked several times if I would be able to get my glasses adjusted once they came in online, as I was not purchasing my frames at the office. Both the eye doctor and the clerk working in the store told me I would be able to get them adjusted as long as I signed a waiver saying that they could adjust them and not be responsible if the frame is broke. I was completely fine with that. I also had this done the last time I got glasses at this specific office and ordered my frames online. I went in today once I got my glasses in the mail hoping to get them adjusted and they would not adjust them!! I was very frustrated and I will sadly no longer be getting my eye exams completed at this office.
