Disappointed. The office recommended I make an apt when my child had a low grade fever for 4 days. At the apt the Dr said a temp under 99 isn't a fever, although for my child this is sick, they recommend sending a child with this temp to school! No wonder so many kids get sick from school. Their said to wait for a fever lasting 5 days before scheduling an apt. I left in disbelief then realized THEY DIDNT EVEN TAKE HER TEMPERATURE. I called about this and was told by the nurse, " if you told us what the temperature was we believe you and we don't always take the temperature "! Of course my ins was billed.

Later I called about infection concerns with getting ears pierced and swimming in a lake. The nurse told me to direct my questions to the 18 year old store technician at Claire's boutique. The store clerk must be more knowledgeable than the nurse at ABC .

I'm switching my kids to my family DM who always takes my temperature every time I walk in the door.
