Domino's Pizza at 1335 Lake Drive Southeast, Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Genuinely disappointed. I ordered a pizza an hour and a half ago and was told only 35-40mins. I’m also staying at the Grand Amway Plaza and was having it delivered. They had not mentioned we had to meet them in the lobby. They asked for the room number so we assumed they were delivering to the room. Well about an hour later I called to check on the pizza and was told delivery driver had been on the way for 15 minutes. Then about 20mins later, still no pizza. So I call again and was told that the delivery driver was there but we weren’t in the lobby so he left and that the pizza was gone. I personally work at a pizza place. And when we deliver anywhere it is standard procedure to call when you arrive to the destination. I didn’t receive a call. They didn’t offer to give credit for the pizza or take one out to us as soon as possible. Will never, ever, try to order pizza from this place again. One star is a bit too much for them.
