Don’t normally do stuff like this but with the service I had I felt the need. These guys are horrible. Was lied to about a part that they showed they had two of but said “we definitely have one so I can send that one to you” two days later called because I still hadn’t received shipping info come to find out they don’t have it and they have to order it, so I now will need to wait over two weeks for my part. I ask, since you lied that “your guy had his hand on the part” can you overnight? His response, “nope” can I pay the difference? “nope”. Please do not use Parts Giant. Go to Rocky Mountain or BTO, there service is great, shipping is fast and you don’t have to worry about getting the run around when your trying to get your kid or yourself on the track. Just want my refund and to never use again!!!
