Honest, fair, competent, pleasant. I have been having my cars serviced there for 35 years and am usually satisfied with the work done. They do not have the capability of a dealership, but I trust them more and their prices are relatively reasonable. They are extremely accommodating and helpful. This is the place for "little old ladies" to come for honest service that does not seek to rip them off. Over the years I have seen them offer to help all those who come in, from a soft tire to a clank in the engine. These are exceptionally good-hearted, well-intentioned, honest men. I am very picky and quite demanding; I expect a business to know their business and perform it correctly. I have been a customer there for 35 years because they do well within their sphere of service and have always treated me right. Russ and Ron are certainly worth a try the next time you need service.
