Literally just called and spoke to a store rep about the money center! She answers my question & then as she’s hanging up the phone rudely scarfs at me! I’m sorry Walmart, but you seriously need to start dealing with how terrible a lot of your employees deal with customer service! I’ve worked in customer service many years, & a lot of your employees need to be schooled on proper etiquette! 100% unacceptable! Scarfing in someone’s ear is totally rude! Let someone with a professional attitude work the phones!
