I now understand why this location isn’t busy at dinner time. Inefficient is the term that best describes the staff. When placing an order or asking for something the staff acts as if they aren’t even sure they have the item or can find it. They feel confused.

On this particular visit, the lobby pop machine isn’t working. The lady at the counter acknowledges this, but continues to hand the customers empty cups—only to have them return a second later and have her fill them.

The lobby redesign is such a mistake, as it feels it reduced the seating in the lobby. The large windows facing west, are a great way to get sunburn while indoors.
